How do I pray for the Staff Selection Teams?

Pray for deep spiritual cleansing and fullness of the Holy Spirit in each team member. (Psalm 66:18; John 15:5; Ephesians 5:18) Pray this for each member by name. Pray for keen supernatural discernment, wisdom and strength for each team member. Pray for powerful unity and oneness of spirit within the teams. (Amos 3:3; Matthew 18:19) Pray for God’s clear direction in how résumés are collected, examined, and interviews conducted. Ask God to bring the right people to the attention of…

Sanctity of Human Life Sunday

PSALM 139:13-16 (CSB) For it was you who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise you because I have been remarkably and wondrously made. Your works are wondrous, and I know this very well. My bones were not hidden from you when I was made in secret, when I was formed in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your…

Comfort for the New Year

Heavenly Father,At midnight, when the old year dies, and the new comes bounding in, I draw strength from knowing that in the next twelve months the snows will go, the buds will burst, the heat will rise, the leaves will fly, that all these things will happen according to Your schedule and in Your time; that there is order in Your universe, and that I am part of it. —Van Varner, GUIDEPOSTS

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

Well over 100 years ago, a single missionary named Lottie Moon, while serving in China, began writing letters challenging the American church to send and support more workers to go there. After her death on the field, her challenge was heeded in the formalization of an offering in her name. Her life is a reminder of why we must give to send and support missionaries serving among unreached peoples in unreached places. Our Church Goal: $7,500.00Received to Date: $13,222.89
