Food Pantry Sunday – Nov. 3

Thanksgiving Day is just around the corner! Let’s not miss the blessing of helping provide a Thanksgiving meal for others in our community. A turkey will be given to each pantry client, so let’s provide the “fixin’s” to help make this meal more complete. Suggested items are canned hams, potatoes, canned veggies, pie fillings, and other items that make up this special meal.

It will soon be Lottie Moon time again! Each year at NEBC we save our spare change for the Lottie Moon offering to fund International Missionaries around the world. If you haven’t been saving your change already, it’s not too late to start!

Harvest Block Party

Wednesday, October 30 This year we once again need your help gathering candy for our Harvest Block Party. Please bring bags of individually-wrapped candy and leave them in the boxes located at Second Street, Nursery Entrance, and Worship Center Vestibule. Also, this will be a Trunk or Treat event. 5th Street Outreach

5TH STREET OUTREACH On September 8, 4:00-7:00pm, we will be dismissing our evening service to take part in an outreach event focused on the 5th Street area of Etowah. The event will take place at the park and pavilion of the old community center. We will need people to come out with open hearts, ready to serve.
